Here's the cabinets that I got to put the Twin speakers in. They are single 12" cabs that I PURCHASED(don't faint) from some place in California called "The Cab Man". I haven't(at this writing) even got them yet but they are shipped. They will be the lucky recipients of my precious JBL E120's.
I don't know anything about them other than their size which is around 15" high and 17" wide. Also, why the orange? Who knows- they just looked cool. Besides, they match my speakers! I plan on, if they sound ok, recovering the head in orange just for sh@#t$ and grins and putting the same cane grille cloth on also. Also, just for grins. Maybe it will tick off some Fender retentive!
Just an update, since I haven't touched this for a while. The cabs are great. I have used them for a year or so now so they haven't rattled loose yet! Still have the JBL's in them right now but am planning on ptting something else in there so that I can put my Twin all the way back together. The only problem that I have is that the guy who make them STILL doesn't make cover for them. THis kind of stinks but I guess if I wasn't so lazy, I'd make some myself.
