The Friends of the Library is an organization committed to helping the Colfax Public Library by:

I. Increasing public awareness of the library's resources and services available to the community.

II. Helping to promote the library through special fund raisers or educational programs.

III. Raising funds to help the library purchase special items needed to provide quality service and advanced technology.

IV. Organizing and assists at planned events and library programs.

V. Volunteering to assist library staff in tasks within the facility on a weekly or monthly basis.
