Exterior Improvements:

* Repaint your exterior front door and trim.

* Paint your mailbox or lamp post.
* Make sure your doorbell works.
* Polish hardware and exterior light fixtures.
   Install the highest wattage bulbs allowed.
* Replace your house numbers if needed.
* Put potted flowering plants by the front door 
   or in window boxes.
* Buy a new doormat.
* Fix broken windows, screens and storms.
