Week of 1/30/00:
- Saturday, February 5 - Triboro #4 finally got their first win in the New Year with a well deserved 3-1 victory over a tough Shrewsbury #4 team in the N.Y.H.L.. After a scoreless opening period, Shrewsbury got on the board first with an early second period goal. It took John only a minute and a half to even the game up for Triboro with an assist from Jordan. The third period belonged to Triboro with Kevin (assisted by Graeham) getting the game winner at the start of the period. Less than a minute later, Molly got the insurance goal, netting her first of the season, assisted by Jordan and the intense corner work of John. Andrew and Arthur were, once again, outstanding in goal. Although Triboro was winless for the month of January, the 0-2-3 record was not a true reflection of their play, especially the 2 losses (both by scores of only 2-1).

Week of 2/13/00:
- Sunday, February 13 - For the fourth time this season, Triboro #4 shutout Midstate #5, winning by a score of 1-0. This one coming in their last regular season meeting at the NorthStar Youth Forum. Kyle scored the games only goal late in the first period assisted by the hard work of Graeham and Matt. It was a well-deserved win, showing that when Triboro #4 skates hard, they can compete with any team at their level. In goal, Arthur was called upon to make some spectacular saves, earning his first career full game shutout. It should be noted that although Triboro has shutout Midstate #5 four times, two of those games were exciting 0-0 ties.

- Sunday, February 20 - Triboro #4 let one slip away to Franklin #4 at the NorthStar Youth Forum by a score of 3-1. John put Triboro up 1-0 late in the first period after being sent on a breakaway from Matt. Although no goals were scored in the middle stanza, Triboro outplayed Franklin at both ends of the ice. Midway through the third period, Triboro let up their intensity and Franklin took advantage, tying the score just shy of the six-minute mark. And, with two minutes remaining, Franklin caught Triboro flatfooted, scoring the go ahead goal. In an attempt to tie the score, Triboro pulled the goaltender with a minute remaining. Unfortunately, in this case it backfired with Franklin netting the clincher into an open net with twenty-one seconds remaining in the game. The moral of this game is; skate hard from the opening face-off to the final buzzer. Win, lose or tie, you can be proud of your effort.
- Monday, February 21 - Although Triboro #4 lost to Shrewsbury #3 by a score of 6-2, this was an N.Y.H.L. game that Triboro could have won. John scored both of Triboro's goals in the second period, the first assisted by Jordan and the second from Matt and Jordan. Going into the third period, Shrewsbury was up by a score of only 3-2. But, as in the previous game, by the midway point of the final period, Triboro's intensity disappeared. Shrewsbury took full advantage, as did Triboro's opponent from the day before, scoring three goals in the final six minutes. Andrew and Arthur made many outstanding saves with Andrew playing one of, if not, his finest game of the season.

- Tuesday, February 29 - The Triboro PeeWee C #4 team played an awesome game on Tuesday night, against the Starhawks. Jordan, one of the five girls on the team, scored an outstanding goal in the first period, to get Triboro to a head start. Then, Kyle and Jordan kept up the good work along with the others, who worked very hard, but came out being down 2-1. But that's when the fun started. Everyone on the team skated extremely hard, and worked at their best, to let Eric in on an assist to John. The Starhawks battled hard, but never succeeded to score again. The team worked even harder, to give Triboro another goal by John, with 23 seconds left on the clock to put Triboro in the lead!! A timeout was called by the Starhawks, and they put out their best line, so Triboro equaled out their strategy and put out their best line, Kyle, Jordan, and John, with our best of defensemen. The Starhawks pulled their goalie, and added a player, but that meant nothing to the unstoppable line of forwards, and the excellent defenders. Kyle and Jordan battled behind the Starhawks open net with the other players on the Starhawks, and John stood in perfect position in front of the net. But the defense of the Starhawks kept them from scoring again, but they still won!! Good game guys and girls!
