Week of 3/19/00:                                         Sunday, March 19 - Triboro happily got to the Saturday playoff game by winning their game against K/P Walpole 3-1. Triboro started the game off awesome with a goal by Seth (John, Matt) from the blue line with 7:42 left in the first period. Triboro kept hustling and keeping K/P Walpole out of their net, when Maeve; surprisingly playing forward managed to score her fist goal (Katelyn) with 3:05 left still in the first period. With 1:03 left one of Triboro's two goalies missed a hard shot by K/P Walpole getting them their first and only goal of the game. Triboro skated their butts off in the second period to keep K/P Walpole from scoring, but managed to get some penalties while they were at it. Kevin received roughing with 9:42 left in the second period and Andrew got a surprising penalty of tripping right as he went in with 4:56 left in the period. K/P Walpole also received a penalty for tripping with 5:52 remaining in the period. K/P Walpole played great defense and stopped Triboro from scoring in the 2nd period. Maeve (Matt, Katelyn) scored her 2nd goal of the season in the 3rd period with 6:26 left. Katelyn received a lucky penalty call of roughing later on in the period. Seth also got a penalty for roughing with 5:56 to go in the game. Both teams played great games, but Triboro pulled out the win. Try for the hat trick next time Maeve =) By: Katelyn
