Schools must have at least four individual entries to form a team.  There is no additional entry fee for the team entries.  A school may enter more than one team.

 

 

2.  Your school will receive one championship T-shirt for each individual entry.  Indicate the number of

T-shirts by size that you wish to order for your athletes:

3.  Additional championship T-shirts for coaches, family and friends may be ordered for $10 each.
