    The dream is over.  Due in no small part to the obstinancy of our lender (Wells Fargo) and various city agencies (CDA, Zoning) we have given up on the project.  David and I would like to thank everyone who has expressed interest in this project for following our progress and taking an interest.  To those of you whose emails I did not recently answer, I appologize.  Obviously, the state of the project was unknown and there wasn't much I could update anyone on. 

     If there is anyone out there who is interested in continuing the project and would like to obtain (for a fee, of course) the renovation construction plans created by David and his company Urban Design Forum or utilize their services to work with you in developing a new approach, please contact them at (314).533.7458 or by email at stocktonhouse@sbcglobal.net .
