Many people were appalled when I announced I was going camping at Mt. Cheaha on Nov. 22, because it was expected to be cold. The temperature fell to about 27 degrees. We stayed comfortable in the glow of our campfire. It was fairly chilly when you walked about 10 feet away from the fire, though.
