"Lock Your Doors" is a short public service announcement designed to keep the good citizens of the world safe from prowlers.

This video is a chilling reminder of what can happen if you are careless when it comes to securing your home or office.

Meet Steve. Steve is a decent, hard-working, patriotic American. Tonight, he is sitting in his apartment, making important voting decisions with the help of the local newspaper.

However, tonight, Steve has made a fatal error-- he has left his door open the slightest bit.

Silently, a hand comes through the door and turns off the lights in the room. Before Steve can react, he feels a tight wire around his neck. He struggles to get away from the deadly grasp around his breathing passage, but it is of no use. He dies, and the silent prowler responsible walks out, closing the door behind him.

Lock your doors, citizens. It keeps you safe from senseless death.
