Windquest's Simply Ming aka "Little Bill" Lisa Lavagetto Bio Raised in Kansas City, Kansas, Graduated University of Arizona, Lived in SF Bay area since 1971. Raised family in Sonoma, food ed from CIA, worked for Insalatas(San Anselmo) and Meritage(Sonoma) for 7 years. Worked at Ramekins Culimary School and Center since 1998, Became General Manager in 2005. Teach cooking classes both public and private, run special events. In the middle of all of this I adore my family of Ming, Max and Mollie. I use a handler since I have spoiled my dogs rotten.
