Brandon Leedy

Brandon Leedy started showing Chinese Shar-Pei at the age of 10. He is now 17, graduating from Del
Campo High School in Fair Oaks on June 3, 2009. He will continue his studies at Cal State Fullerton
in Southern California majoring in Mechanical Engineering hoping to design race car or drag racing
engines. Since the 4th grade he has been on the Honor Roll and has always been in college prep classes.
Junior Showmanship has been a terrific hobby for Brandon. He has learned to win and lose and what
is expected of him in the dog world, preparing for the show, loading, unloading, being on time, etc.
He has had some excellent mentors along the way and has met some wonderful friends he will have
all his life.
Although he has not had Toby living in his home for the last 4 years, almost 5, he still calls and
checks on him several times a month. He is very eager to share his knowledge with any other juniors
that show any interest in showing dogs.
He has had other interests along with dogs including Jet Skis, quads, yerf dog (4 wheel drive cart)
and his latest, Junior Drag Racing. Last year he finished 2nd overall in points in the Sacramento
area and he will continue this year starting the end of April.  (His step-father drives a Midget
Light Race Car.)

Here are some pictures; Nationals 2005, 1st Am Bred Regionals, 1st Am Bred Nationals,
