Company History

Established in 1984 and was licensed as Residential Builder in Ironwood, Michigan.

The business moved to the Stevens Point, Wisconsin area in 1988.

Currier Builders is currently a member of the Golden Sands Home Builders Association.

The company owner, Jeffery Currier is a 1976 graduate of Gogebic Community Collage with an Associate Degree in Building Technology.

Upon graduation, Jeff was working for a Home/Commercial Prefabricator Company and was responsible for building residential homes and commercial buildings within a five state area.

In 1984, he formed his own company, subcontracted back to his previous employer, and started a remodeling division in the Ironwood area.

Within one year the local remodeling work grew to such a level that Jeff concentrated his entire efforts to the local remodeling business.

Looking for a greater opportunity, he moved to the Stevens Point area and started his company, Currier Builders, building new homes and remodeling.

Currier Builders has enjoyed double digit growth for many years and is grateful to the community for the opportunity to build his clients dreams.

Jeffery Currier now serves as the current President of the Golden Sands Home Builders Association and is a Wisconsin Builders Association - State Director. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Golden Sands Home Builders Association since 2001, a Director for the Wisconsin Builders Association since 2005 and a Trustee for Building A Better Wisconsin for 6 years. He has served on a number of committees over the past 20 years with the Golden Sands Home Builders Association.
