Authenticity of digital diplomas
The person viewing the digital diploma
knows that the graduation or transcript information
is authentic for the following reasons.
- The viewer can see, in the browser's address bar, that
the information is being retrieved from the University's
web site.
- The viewer can confirm that the browser session is secure (with the "s"
in "https://"), and verify that the certificate guaranteeing
the session is assigned to Pearson University.
