Getting started

If you're the graduate:

If you haven't used this site before, or if you have forgotten your ID or password, you'll have to go through some sort of process to get started. I haven't figured out yet what that process is.

Once you have a User ID and a password and have signed in, you can specify what diploma information or transcript information you want to make available. That information will be made available as a digital diploma web page with a hard-to-guess address that we will give only to you. You may then give that address to anybody you want to be able to view that information.

If you're a prospective employer wanting to view a graduate's diploma or transcript:

Viewing a graduate's diploma or transcript is only possible by using a web address (or "link", or "URL") that we give only to the graduate. Further distribution of that web address is done by the graduate.
