Protecting the graduate's privacy
The graduate's privacy is protected by several mechanisms.
- Only information specifically released by the graduate is revealed.
By signing in through the sign-in page,
the graduate can see what
information is exposed to viewing, and can add or delete
digital diploma pages.
- The graduate can set the digital diploma page(s) to
expire after a number of days.
- Since digital diploma web addresses have random fields embedded
in them, anybody wishing to view these pages
must have the address, which we release only
to the graduate.
The graduate can remove
any digital diploma page that he or she created, at any time,
regardless of its expiration setting.
