| Ella Rowland and her husband, Aaron Carmack, were among the heirs of Paulser Whetsel and Sarah Dove Whetsel, who signed off on land sold to Kingsport, Waterworks, Inc., in 1917. Descendants of Paulser and Sarah believe this land was on Bays Mt., Sullivan Co., where the Whetsel family lived. Paulser and Sarah Whetsel were the maternal grandparents of Ella Rowland. | ||||||
