This is the place to connect to information about my areas of involvement at Stone Academy: I'm the Technology Specialist. Stone's Technology Program I co-chair the Technology Vision Planning Committee. This committee reviews and develops school improvement plans, which are implemented as part of the school portfolio. The committee consists of faculty, parents, business, and community representatives. We meet monthly and report to the SIC (School Improvement Committee) and to PET (Program Evaluation Team). I teach an Encore arts class, Visual Arts Variety Pack. Encore classes are private lessons before and after school. Students pay a monthly fee and for materials. I sponsor a Friday Club, The Stone Publishing Company. Clubs are for fourth and fifth grade students. They choose a club each semester in an individual area of interest. I co-produce Jumpstart News. Jumpstart is Stone's daily, live broadcast run by students. |
