The Lord of Letterpress is a eulogy for Harold McGrath, legendary
printer to Leonard Baskin’s Gehenna Press and other major New England
presses. The text is by Barry Moser, and each copy contains a tipped-in
frontispiece portrait of McGrath, engraved and signed by Moser.

The booklet has been designed and printed by Dwight Agner at The Press
of the Nightowl, in an edition of 150 copies divided between the author
and printer. It was handset in Joanna and Michelangelo types, and
printed on Zerkall Frankfurt mouldmade paper.
