Daventry Setters

     We have had dogs our entire lives and Irish Setters in particular since the 1980's.  In 1991 we moved

from the obedience ring to the conformation ring and became members of the Irish Setter Club of

America and the Irish Setter Club of Fort Worth, Texas.   

     While we love a number of breeds, after a few years of conformation competition we decided to make

 Irish Setters our "forever" breed and do some limited breeding.  

     The goal of our program is to produce beautiful dogs who, hopefully will be successful in the show

 ring,  but more importantly, will be wonderful companions.  The dogs of Daventry are family members

 first and show dogs second.

     We now live in the Atlanta area and are members of the Irish Setter Club of Georgia and the Irish

 Setter Club of  America.  We subscribe to the Irish Setter Club of America Breeder Code of Ethics.
