Fitness Test:
Men
Mile Run - 6:00 (6 minute time goal)
Push Ups - 50 in 60 seconds
Sit Ups - Maximum in 1 minute
Wall Sit - 90/90 position 4 minutes duration
Pull Ups - 10 total overhang grip
Calf Raises - Maximum in 1 minute
Balance - on 1 foot for 1 minute with eyes closed - both legs
Women
Mile Run - 7:00 (7 minute time goal)
Push Ups - 25 in 50 seconds
Sit Ups - Maximum in 1 minute
Wall Sit - 90/90 position 3 minutes duration
Flexed Arm Hand - 1 minute
Calf Raises - Maximum in 1 minute
Balance - on 1 foot in heel stretch for 1 minute with eyes closed - both legs
