Dates may vary; once a team is involved in playoff, they may not be considered for one of these holiday bowls. Under this format, all bowl teams would practically stay as is except for Memphis State, Southern Mississippi, BYU, South Florida, Rutgers, California, Arizona State and Florida would be eliminated from bowl consideration so the playoff format could move into reality.
