Dawn South has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from University of Montevallo. She has worked as a graphic designer for over 15 years but has always loved painting. She lives in Alabama with her husband and her three young sons. Her oldest son, Taylor, is a precious young man with Autism. Taking her love for painting and her desire to help with Autism Awareness, Dawn is using her paintings to aid in this quest.

Like her paintings in which some may be similar but no two are exactly alike, every child with Autism is also truly "one-of-a-kind". On the back of each of her paintings, she paints a small puzzle piece. Each piece is different and represents the diversity of people and families living with this disorder.

A portion of all her proceeds go to the Autism Society of Alabama.
