Performance Modifications

I bought the car with a few mods already done. Most were installed properly, and the car ran pretty darned good. It made the 1400 mile trip back from Florida to Wisconsin with no problems at all. The biggest issue with the previous modifications was the cleanliness of the install... mainly the wiring. I manage a local stereo shop, do a good portion of the custom installations, and am simply anal about how the finished product looks... so it needs to look as good as it performs!

Motor Modifications
The following is a list of motor modifications to the car. Some performed before* I got the car, some by myself:
            - TII Intake Manifold *
            - Larger Bore Throttle body *
            - FMIC & Pipes *
            - Walbro 255 fuel pump *
            - +40 Injectors
            - FWD Stage 5 Calibration (18psi)
            - 3 Bar Map Sensor
            - 2.5" Exhaust w/ Dynomax Muffler, Turbo-Back
            - SRP Boost Controller (for launching at 12psi)

Gauges
For monitoring the motor, ProSport Gauges:
            - Boost
            - EGT
            - Oil Pressure (electronic)
            - Air Fuel Ratio (Dawes Devices)
(still on order)

Suspension
The suspension was stock when I picked it up. Being that I'm going to be using it for lapping days and some auto crossing, I thought I'd help the suspension just a little, and get some small goodies to start off with. Once my driving skills catch up with the car, more work is order. But so far, here's what I've got:
            - Energy Suspension Polyurethane Front Sway Bar Bushings
            - Energy Suspension Polyurethane Front Control Arm Bushings

Transmission
Currently, I'll be running the stock A525 transmission and stock clutch. Once these wear out, we'll see what happens. However, the original shifter linkages on this transmission really suck, so I've replaced them all with Heim Joints to make the shifting much more precise and firm. So far, it is the best modification by far! The shifts are perfect each time, with no more slop!

Brakes
Since the car will be pounded hard, I figured the brakes could use some help as well. So far, nothing major, just the basics:
            - Minivan Calipers and Brackets
            - Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines
            - 911 Carbon Brake Pads
            - New HD Rotors

Tires
The stock 205/50/15 tires were pretty beat up upon purchase. I got some new tires for the rear, and kept the front Toyos that came with the car, they've got a good 2k miles left on them. Maybe...  Anyways, for track days I picked up a set of 14" wheels off of a Dynasty (I think) for some race tires. I got some 195-60-14 Falcon Azenis RT-215s,  They were rated the #1 track day tire by Grass Roots Motor Sports last year, only to be beaten out by their replacement (the RT-615).
