Haemophilis influenzae Type B bacteremia complicated by the development of cutaneous purpura fulminans.

Pt. is 65 y.o. black female who presented to the hospital with weakness, lethargy and fevers. Admission blood cultures were positive for gram negative bacilli and skin lesions (see below) were noted on the patients extremities.
