Here we are at Lakewood Family Campground in Myrtle Beach, S. C.
the last of September 2004.. Our very first camping trip in the new
to us 2002 Coleman Laramie.
We stayed at the State Park in Myrtle Beach, S. C. for six nights, Jul 27 thru Aug 1 2005 and boy was it ever hot!!!! (heat index was 117 degrees the day we arrived. But over all enjoyed the vacation that we had. Got to metal detect the sandy beach, which was the main reason for going. Here are two pictures of the camp site
On our 40th Wedding Anniversary, August 28, 2005, we pulled the PU 13 miles from home to Warriors Path State Park. We stayed until September 6, 10 days and 9 nights of beautiful camping weather. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Five of those nights we had our Daughter, Son-in-Law and Granddaughter staying with us. The camping was enjoyed by all the family.
