I built this
Kitchen Box from plans that I found on the internet.
I have enough
room in it to store my electric griddle and can also store can goods, paper
goods
and such to make
camping more comfortable.
as you can see
in the picture above, the legs can be removed for storage in truck and it has
strong handles
on each end to carry it.
Some other minor
things that I have done to make camping
a little easier and more convenient are pictured below.
The shelf below I installed over the wheel well to give a little more storage.
The wheel covers
and trailer dolly was purchased at Harbor Freight.
The dolly really helped when I
put the popup to
bed for the winter. Below is a picture of popup in winter storage.
