I believe that out of all the Monkees that Peter never gets enough credit. I have a ton of respect for him. Playing the dummy couldn’t have been easy, especially when he’s far from one. When I listen to all the songs he has written and all the instruments he can play, I know he has an incredible musical talent that is hard to beat. I have always felt that he was the most talented of the four, a close first next to Mike. His character’s innocence, however, has shown that he has a real heartfelt side to him.
