Personally appeared before the undersigned Justice of the Peace, Hanah [sic] E. Germany of the Parish aforesaid who being sworn as the law requires says that the Estate of Willis C. Fisher is justly indebted to her in the sum of fifty dollars for attention & services rendered to two little negroes for five months at five Dollars each - and that this amount is due & unpaid

Know all men by these presents that we Priscilla Splann as Principal and George W. Catlett as her security are held and firmly bound unto John B. Dawson Parish Judge [striked out “judge”] and ex officio Judge of Probates in and for said Parish in the sum of one thousand Dollars sealed with our seals and dated on this the 14 December A.D. 1833. Now the condition of this obligation is such that whereas the said bounder Priscilla Splann has this day been appointed Adminstratrix of the succession of Willis C. Fisher late decd of this said Parish and shall well and truly perform all the duties incident to said office and pay or cause to be paid all legal claims against said succession and such monies or may be found coming to the heirs of the same insomuch as to obtain a full discharge according to law of all her accounts as said administratrix in the Court of Probate, for this said Parish then this obligation to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue
