WARRANTY DEED
From J.T. & T.A. Clearman to Amanda Tucker.
In consideration of Fifty dollars ($50.00) cash in hand paid we hereby bargain, sell, convey and warrant to Amanda Tucker the following described land, situate in the County of Perry, State of Mississippi, to-wit:Beginning at North west corner of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 31, Township 5 North of Range 13 West, and run East 110 yds, thence South 440 yds, thence West 110 yds, and thence North 440 yds, to point of beginning, containing 10 acres. Also five (5) acres in the North west corner of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Sec. 31, Tp 5 North of Range 13 West, making an aggregate of 15 acres.
