From J.T. & T.A. Clearman to Viola Clearman.

In consideration of Fifty dollars ($50.00) cash in hand paid we hereby bargain, sell, convey and warrant to Viola Clearman the following described land, situate in the County of Perry, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Beginning 110 yds, East of the North West corner of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 31 Township 5 North of Range 13 West, and run East 165 yds, thence South 440 yds, thence West 165 yds, and thence North 440 yds to point of beginning, containing 15 acres.
