WARRANTY DEED
From J.T. & T.A. Clearman to Viola Clearman.
In consideration of Fifty dollars ($50.00) cash in hand paid we hereby bargain, sell, convey and warrant to Viola Clearman the following described land, situate in the County of Perry, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Beginning 110 yds, East of the North West corner of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 31 Township 5 North of Range 13 West, and run East 165 yds, thence South 440 yds, thence West 165 yds, and thence North 440 yds to point of beginning, containing 15 acres.

Personally appeared before me T.J. Mixon, Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County, the above named J.T. Clearman and T.A. Clearman, his wife, who acknowledged that they signed and delivered the foregoing instrument on the day and year therein mentioned.
