Ambiguities of Vietnam As with any war, stories and tales of covert operations spread like wild fire. The stories may be true or not. Some stories come from the paranoid suspicions of the Cold War, while others are harrowing tales of valor. This section will deal with those tales that came out of the paranoia, in particular Yellow Rain and Operation Tailwind. Also included in this section are two news articles. One deals with American Chemical and Biological Weapons test on its own troops. The other deals with the issue of Vietnam Veterans who protested the war.
