Our contract is designed to protect both the videographer and the client. If you would like to read a full copy of our contract, please e-mail us at dmcproductions@charter.net and we will be glad to send you a copy, along with our wedding video information form. Meanwhile, here are some of the main points of our contract: If you decide to hire us as the official videographer for your event, we require a deposit of 50% of the purchase price upon return of the signed contract. The balance must be paid at least 7 days before the date of the event. We make every effort to do your video the way you want it done, but in some cases restrictions imposed by the church, photographers, guests, or the reception venue prevent us from doing certain things. If you hire us as your videographer, please inform us ahead of time concerning any restrictions that may prevent us from doing our job correctly so that we may plan accordingly. We must receive any materials which need to be used in the video (such as invitations, photos, or music) within 30 days of the event. We do not do additional editing after the final videotape has been delivered, so if there are certain things that you do not want included in your video or vice versa, please tell us about them as soon as possible after the event, so that we can edit the footage to your specification.
