1. It is governed by bylaws.

2. No. Outside improvements (house structure, fences, etc.) must be proved by the architectural committee.

3. The board normally meets monthly, with special call sessions.

4. No. Sculptures and benches may be located on porches and/or in yard areas not visible from streets.

5. There are currently 287 homes in the subdivision. When the final phase is completed there will be a total of 327 homes.

6. Yes, there are plans – but the developer has not yet committed to the implementation.
