1785 Jan 11 - from John Sullins, executor of the will of Josiah Sullins, decd, and also for himself, of Rutherford County, NC, to James Johnston of H. sd Josiah Sullins, by his will dated Jan 31, 1773, devised the land whereon he then lived, lying in H on the north side of the South fork of Miry (Miery) Cr to be sold, & the money arising therefrom to be divieded among his children. This deed therefor witnesses that sd John Sullins, for 75 "L", sells to sd James Johnson, all the afd tract of land in H, and containing about 147 acres, and bounded by Jones, Davis.
