Here's some photos of our August meeting featuring a Radial-powered Kitfox and an SLSA Hawk.

June 2008's meeting was held at Columbia Sackmann Field.

Our club members participated in the Midwest Regional Fly-in at St. Louis Downtown Airport May 24th, selling drinks and giving Young Eagle rides (See the Young Eagle report) and the Flying Dutchman gang cooked up some great grub.

Our January 19th "After-the-holidays-holiday party" held jointly with the Illinois Pilot’s Association was a tremendous success. Here's a few shots of the fun.

Brian Kissinger's L-4 photographed during our Sparta fly-in. Brian gave Mr Bob Morris (an 87 years young WWII and Korea war veteran) a flight in the L-4. Mr Morris was a pilot in both wars and also flew the "Hump" in the early days in WWII resupplying the Flying Tigers. He said this was the first time he flew formation since his Korea days. The photo ship was no other than our chapter President Denny D'Angelo in his 1946 Champ.
