Fill
The key light in the picture is from the left front and the fill seems to be coming from the left front. The picture seems to be following the rule for lighting being 45 degrees away from the center.

The key light in this picture is coming from the top left front of the picture and is partially blocked by something, given the shadow of the railing stopping abruptly where it does. The fill light is hitting the wall behind the railing, allowing us to see part of the design at the top of the frame.

The key light is coming from the left but i'm unsure of where the fill light is coming from. I know there is fill light, given the detail visible on the right side of the fruit, and the detail in the shadow on the ground from the pear.
The sun seems to be the source in this picture and it's coming in from the left side of the picture. Since the sun is the key light, i'm unsure of where the fill is coming from. The shadows do have detail in them, as well as the petals on the flower away from the key light. There is possibly a flash, or else the sun is reflecting off of something nearby.

This picture is very interesting, given both of the visible light sources don't light the room. The two table lights are only practicals, with the real key and fill light coming from off frame.
