ABOUT US

We live in a city named Redding, located in northern California, which is notable for its three large lakes (Shasta, Whiskeytown and Trinity) and two dormant volcanoes (Mt Lassen and Mt Shasta)!

We enjoy genealogy (presently researching Cassidy, Ridenour, Riley, Tyler and Wallace), RV trips (Southwind 30E), mountain bikes and computers. We are owned by three dogs; Molly (Beagle), Jake (yellow Lab) and Zack (Beagle).

I retired in January 1995 from the Electrical Engineering Department at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Carol retired from her domestic engineering position on the same date (I think I just traded bosses when I retired!). We are enjoying our retirement (it is so nice to do stuff in the middle of the week) and really like spending time doing the things that we want to do!
