(via Ann Mudel's e-mail distribution) On Friday, July 2, 2004, the CLPOC Board of Directors unanimously elected Dave Mariner to fill the vacant position on the board which expires 12/31/04, and Stan Walker to fill the vacant position on the board which expires 12/31/05. Beckie DeYoung had indicated that she wished to withdraw her resignation from the board. In as much a the resignation had already been received the board voted unanimously to elect Beckie DeYoung to the vacant position on the board which expires 12/31/05. The board was able to choose from 6 individuals who had indicated that they would be willing to fill the vacant positions, and the board thanks each of those who were not selected.
