A Message from the Canadian Lakes Property Owners Corporation Board of Directors

May 4, 2004

Dear CLPOC Members:

On Monday, May 4, 2004, Michael Fleming, our General Manager, was charged with a crime arising out of an alleged domestic assault.

Michael Fleming has assured the Board that he is innocent of the charge.

The Board at this point is attempting to collect information concerning this event.

The Board has also concluded that it is very important that it not prejudge this matter. The Board asks that each of you also reserve judgment until these proceedings have been concluded.

The Board has determined that Michael Fleming is capable of continuing to act as the General Manager of CLPOC at this time. The Board believes that its employees will continue to provide the CLPOC and its members with excellent services.

This event is a tragedy for the Fleming family. We ask that all of you support each of the members of the Fleming family during this difficult time.

We would ask that each of you who receives this email share it with the other CLPOC members who do not have email. Our goal is to prevent any inaccurate rumors that may be harmful to the Fleming family or to the CLPOC.

We will advise you when more information is available.

Thank you.
