Upate from CLPOC Board of Directors Meeting Minutes 6/19/2004:
On the north gate issue, a court date has finally been set for
November 10, 2004.
From the General Manager's "Week's in review ended April 23, 2004" -
* The re-platting of Lost Canyon 500 (aka the north gate) has been submitted to Judge Root for his consideration.
From a previous Communiqué, CLPOC Board of Directors Meeting Minutes ...
- North Gate - North Gate is on privately owned property C/L owner.
There is no right granted to construct on or traverse the property.
Moved Kilmer, 2nd Opperthauser that CLPOC remove the gate and notify property owners that area is no longer available to use.

- General Manager's Report - Mr. Bollman is presently taking the
necessary legal steps to have the North Gate a road. The Board Members have gotten the appraisal on the proposed land swap and will schedule a workshop to
study the matter further.
