Canadian born singer-songwriter Danielle McKee began her career singing with DreamWorks recording artist Nelly Furtado.

In 2000, she toured with the band singing back-up vocals around North America and Europe. After touring, Danielle went into the recording studio and created a short CD with friend and fellow band-mate, guitarist Mike K. (guitars for Nelly Furtado, Elton John; music production credits: 13 syndicated Warner Brothers, Telepictures television shows). Together the two teamed up in L.A. to create Danielle’s empowering and edgy debut, Twelve.

With successes in worldwide sales, radio-play and song placements on television and international distributed media, Danielle continues to etch out her niche in the music business.

Specifically, Danielle has had her songs in WB's Charmed and MTV's Laguna Beach.

Danielle is currently situated in L.A. playing live shows and songwriting for herself, other artists and for TV and film.
