Mary White

Through pure persistence and raw talent, Mary has earned a solid reputation as one of the Southwest's hottest, rising young country artists.

Mary White could very well be Country Music's best kept little secret. Mary's music shines as a welcome reminder of how much fun down-home country music should be. Through pure persistence and raw talent, Mary has written more than 200 songs and has earned a solid reputation as one of the Southwest's hottest, rising young country artists.

By blending a little bit of aggressive, non-traditional country with the accessibility of vague commercial pop, Mary's songs capitalize on a wealth of diverse musical influence. The music itself is a smooth combination of intelligent song writing and deep-digging vocal tones. The result is wide open musical instinct and a talent that speaks for itself.

Mary grew up in a musical family and started singing with her mother at festivals and in church. As a child, Mary remembers listening to her idols, Barbara Mandrell, Elvis Presley and Dolly Parton, playing guitar and learning to sing by the tender age of seven. When she arrived in LA from her home town of Longview, Texas, she began performing at local clubs, festivals and coffee houses. Ever since then, Mary has been erecting her own music style.
