Second day of the Atkins diet and I am unsure of what to do next. I mean I really dont understand what could I eat. I may slip up (or I have already) But I really want to do this and I want to do it for Felicia and the kids. They need me to be around for awhile and I plan to do that.

Today is a calm day for the second day of the year. Felicia was here earlier and we just laid back and talked. Nothing really exciting happening besides the fact that I am moving in with her in about a week or so. That should be interesting. But I am looking forward to it
