Here's a Space Scape that is also Stock Paint Shop Pro 5.It's Pretty Versitle in the Technique Involved.You 'll easily be able to take control over this one and create some truely great stuff using different colors,more planets,Comets etc...
All the illustrations are zoomed in 50% The Final Shown Below is a 300 by 300Pixel File abit larger than the ones in the other tutorials.If you choose you can make this file 800X600 640X480 or any wallpaper size you choose.This Tutorial is 9 steps over 2 pages so they will load quicker.E-mail me if you have any questions.

Your Finished Picture

Step1:
	Create a New File,when prompted set the size for about: 300pixels by 300pixels 40 to 50-DPI or Resolution GreyScale Black Background Color
Step2:
	Hit ,,Image ,,Noise ,,Add ,,Set it to ,1 and Random. There are more Stars in the Pic than Appears in the illustration.
Step3:
	Hit ,,Layers ,,Add New Layer ,,Set the Mode to Screen Flood Fill With Black Hit Image ,,Noise ,,Add ,,Set it to ,4 and Random. Hit Image ,,Sharpen ,,Sharpen. This Second Layer Adds Depth to the Stars
Step4 :
	Hit ,,Colors ,,Increase Colors To 16.7 Million Colors. Hit ,,Selection Tool ,,Set it to Circle ,,Antialias Checked,and Drag off one Corner of the Canvas. Flood Fill with Black Using your Paint Bucket. Select Grey as Your Foreground Color. Hit your Paint Brush ,,Set the Brush Tip ,,Round,114pixels,100%opacity,22hardness. Set the Paper Texture To ,,Lunar. Daub the Texture into the Selection leaving the inside bottom edge somewhat untouched. Hit ,,Colors ,,Colorize ,,Set the Hue and Saturation to what looks real to you.Reds or Browns Recommended.
