Here is a little background on my reef keeping
experience. It all started about 5 years ago then I decided to
convert from keeping a 20 gal fresh water tank to 55 gal marine tank.
My first tank was setup in 1998 when I was in Pennsylvania. After 2
1/2 years I had to move so I sold all my live stock to a friend and kept
most of my equipment with the hopes of setting up again when I get to
Georgia.
Well things turned out ok, when I got to Augusta Georgia I was able to set the tank up again. It was almost funny how similar the tanks were. I got about 100 lbs of Fiji live rock from a local store, "The Fish Connection" (Thanks John). Also, most of my livestock came from John, the rest I ordered from Jeff's Exotic Fish. The 9 corals for $99 has worked well for me both times I have set up my tank. |
