What are your fondest memories of Faith? Are there special events or programs that stand out for you?




What events or situations in the past were troubling to you? What things has the congregation not done so well?




What are your hopes for the future of Faith Lutheran Church? What kinds of spiritual directions or programs would you like to participate in?




As the congregation begins the search for a new Pastor, what special gifts or abilities do you think Faith needs in their pastor? Aside from being a good preacher and worship leader, what should the congregation look for in a new pastor?




As we look to the future of Faith, what other staff positions do you think might be helpful? There have been suggestions of having:
  • Business Manager
  • Director of Christian Education
  • Volunteer Coordinator
  • Maintenance and Repair person
  • Part time Visitation Pastor
Obviously, we cannot afford all of these at this time. What do you think would best serve the needs of Faith Lutheran Church?




There has been talk about a building program for a number of years. What are your thoughts on the matter?




If new construction were to happen , what should be priorities for new construction? Aside from an elevator and possibly Air Conditioning in the sanctuary, what would be important improvements to our buildings?
