Made to simplify usage of Matroska's Variable Framerate support for use with hybrid (video + film) sources. Started with Decomb 5.2.1 written by Donald Graft. Added a mode 4 and extra options for controlling it. Full description can be found in the DecombReferenceManual.html included with the binaries download.
