IE600 SeaChange encoder notes.

Resolutions -  The IE600 is only capable of 1/2 D1 resolution.

Import options - Version 4.5 software tags all imported videos as MPEG1 instead of MPEG2
		This info is stored in an (97)access database file on the IE600 itself.
		Both the "Source MPEG" and "MPEG"  fields must be changed to 2's in order
		for the DVL Service to send spots out to inserters.  You may be able to
		upload them but they may not transfer to inserters.

		Workaround is to change the database values on the IE600 table or to
		use DVLUTIL to change the "Source MPEG" and "MPEG" flags from 1 to 2
