Comments about the web site: Hi! Interesting site - I think that our lot came over from County Clare about 1880 - 1890 to Liverpool / Lancashire(?) - if you've got a tradition of giving male children a first name plus the names of both their paternal and maternal grandfathers, then you're probably part of our branch?

Comments about the web site: Very informative site. I am looking for information for my mother. She didn't know her mother and her father who is a Fergus left when she was very young. She is related to the Fergus' from around the wilmington N.C. area. They owned a fish house called R.C. Fergus and sons. Her fathers name was Harry W. Fergus. Her mom was Edith, the last name is possibly Bonner though am not sure. They had another daughter Lillian who was killed in a car accident in 1930. Harry was last known to live in Washington. He is deceased. Not knowing about her mother is very upsetting to my mother, if there is anyone out there who can help, please do. This would resolve a very long struggle for my mother. My mothers name is Edith Mae (Fergus)Williams. she was born in yonkers N.Y. on 8/22/31 Please anyone with info please help us. Thank you
