Mission Statement:

Fayette Friends of Animals is a volunteer, nonprofit organization that believes in the humane treatment and improved quality of life of animals. As such, we are striving to end the practice of euthanasia as a means of controlling pet overpopulation. Specifically, we provide financial assistance to low income families in order to spay and neuter their cats and dogs. We foster homeless animals until they are adopted into loving homes and we're moving towards building a no-kill shelter and clinic. We believe that educating the public is key to solving the problem of pet overpopulation.

Our Goals:

  • To get community help in building our no kill shelter and clinic, such as donations, materials, and volunteer help.
  • To get more involved at school to educate our students in the humane care of animals.

Pets are just kids with fur!

"Animals deserve care too..." Animals deserve the necessities just as much as people do. They deserve things such as medical attention, food, shelter, and most importantly, a loving home.

If you would like to get more involved, you can do so by becoming a volunteer or by calling 724-434-1422
